Every digital blood pressure monitor will undergo
a serial of full inspections before shipment.
Calibration and Accuracy Test
Trained stafff will calibarate and test all blood pressure monitors to ensure their accurcy within internation standards.
Air Leak and Static Pressure Accuracy Tests
Test blood pressure monitor, including cuff and tubing checks for air leak. Compare the pressure displayed on the blood pressure monitor with the set pressure on the analyzer. The measured pressure on blood pressure monitor should be within 3 mmHg of analyzer data (Deviation should be less than 0.4kPa).
Salt Spray Test
This test is used to check corrosion resistance of materials.
Working Environment Test
Simulate their working and storage environment by putting blood pressure monitors into a constant temperature & humidity chamber at a rated low or high temperature and humidity for a certain time. Blood pressure monitor's functions, lifespan and accuracy won't be devalued.
Blood pressure simulation test
All sphygmomanometers must be tested by a blood pressure simulation tester to ensure the normal operation and measurement accuracy of the sphygmomanometer.
Simulated transportation test
Use the simulated transportation shock table to simulate the transportation environment to ensure the safety of products during transportation.
