Warmly congratulate the establishment of the Genial Science and Technology Trade Union Committee

 On July 20,2023, Jianao Science and Technology Trade Union Committee held the first member congress. Yu Jun, deputy general manager of Jianao, congratulated the smooth convening of the conference on behalf of the company. 

 At this meeting, Liang Xianfeng, Liu Wei, Huang Xiuying, He Haomin and Song Lingling were elected as members of the first committee of Jianao Science and Technology Trade Union, Liang Xianfeng was elected as Chairman of the first committee of Jianao Science and Technology Trade Union, and Liu Wei was elected as Vice Chairman of the first committee of Jianao Science and Technology Trade Union. 

 At the subsequent conference, Liang Xianfeng, the newly elected chairman of Jianao Trade Union, delivered a speech.  He said that the union is the home of employees and the bridge between the company and employees.  He will lead the labor union team to serve the employees sincerely, give full play to the functions of the labor union, seek benefits for the employees, and make the employees feel the care of the company, so as to enhance the sense of belonging and loyalty of the employees. 

 Yu Jun, deputy general manager of Jianao Technology Co., Ltd., said in his speech that Jianao Technology Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the cultural concept of "Jianao is home" and is committed to creating a warm and harmonious working environment for employees.  The successful convening of this conference marks another important step for the company in terms of employee care and welfare. 

 The successful convening of the first member congress of Jianao Trade Union Committee marks the establishment and operation of Jianao Science and Technology Trade Union.  In the future, Jianao Trade Union will continue to practice the cultural concept of "Jianao is home", care for every employee, seek benefits for employees, and let employees grow and develop together with the enterprise.
