Due to unsatisfactory deliver ability of international SMS messages, we have fully discontinued the overseas SMS verification code login service for Genial Cloud (Overseas Version), to improve login stability and secure your account.
From the effective date of this announcement, you will no longer be able to log in via overseas SMS verification codes. Please log in using Email Login or Google Login:
1. If your account is already bound with an email address or Google account, you may log in directly with the corresponding method to access your original account.
2. If you have not completed binding, encounter login failures or abnormal account access, please contact our customer service team. Provide your registered phone number, user ID or login screenshot for verification. For your account security, do not share your account password or SMS verification code with anyone.
Your original account data will remain intact. You can view and use your data normally once you log into your original account. Any future service adjustments will be announced via official channels.
